Entanglement for change

Observing the landscape means engaging with nature and connecting with the energy of the natural world. It involves accepting the conscious and voluntary change that this contact brings, and transforming that experience into something new.

The works in this exhibition form a multifaceted language created in the moment and within a specific context—unique and unrepeatable. Each work carries the mark of a particular time and place that defines a site.

In the role of observer, the artist becomes immersed in the feeling and awareness of that moment. This state reflects the experience as a whole and in both directions, since the landscape itself is also constantly changing. The works gathered for Entanglement for Change present the landscape as a symbol of the balance that should exist between humankind and nature. In this context, the human presence in nature is not disruptive; there are no dissonant elements, instead, there is a mutually beneficial exchange: nature stabilizes the human being, and the human responds by creating without harming or disturbing the natural balance.

During the creation of the work, the energy of the gesture produces a transformation in consciousness and memory. This change returns to the painting in a continuous loop that drives the creative action. Through this process, the artist is transformed and embraces this difference as the force behind creation.

The paintings, drawings, and installations are the tangible result of this interaction. They represent a shift not only in the observer but also in reality itself. Reality no longer exists as something fixed or autonomous; it takes on different forms depending on how it is perceived. Full bodily participation in this process, immersive during observation and then with complete commitment to doing, transforms thought and mental energy into gesture, and ideas move beyond reflection to become a visual language.
